Built By Operators. Engineered For Uptime. Sold Factory-Direct.
WashX wasn't started by suits in a boardroom. It was built by operators tired of the 'Distributor Tax,' proprietary parts, and equipment that breaks when you need it most. We’re here to give you the quality of the big brands—without the markup.
About WashX: Factory-Direct Car Wash Equipment
Our Story.
We refused to compromise. We engineered a system that combines heavy-duty structural stainless steel with standard U.S. components (motors, controls, and chemistry). The result? A wash that costs 30% less to build and is infinitely easier to maintain.
It worked—beautifully.
We launched WashX Systems to make that same model available to other operators:
High-quality express tunnel systems with faster lead times, lower costs, and no compromises.
Who We Are.
WashX is led by real operators who have built, owned, and optimized every kind of wash—from scratch.
We don't just sell equipment; we run it. We own and operate a 110-foot express tunnel, self-serve bays, and a flex-space detailing center. We have navigated site rehabs, fought construction overages, and dealt with vendor failures—so we know exactly what it takes to win.
Harpreet Dhaliwal
The Data & ROI Architect:
Master’s in Data Science and former Senior Financial Engineer at Fannie Mae. Harpreet doesn't just look at machines; he looks at margins. He engineers our automation and pricing strategies to ensure every drop of chemical and amp of power translates to maximum site profitability.
Parmbir Johal
The Strategist & Builder:
MBA in Global Business, former California Highway Patrol officer, and Planning Commissioner. Parmbir knows how to navigate red tape. He brings deep expertise in construction oversight, site planning, and risk management—helping you get your wash built and open without the headaches.
Together, we combine Wall Street financial discipline with real-world construction expertise to build washes that actually make money.
We built WashX to be the company we wish we had when we started.
Our Mission.
To liberate operators from the 'Proprietary Trap.' We exist to engineer industrial-grade express tunnel systems that deliver premium performance without the legacy markup—giving you control back over your equipment, your maintenance, and your future.
Our Values.
Unlock Your Business's Full Potential
Experience game-changing advantages that boost your productivity, streamline operations, and give you an edge over the competition.
How can your prices be 30–50% lower than legacy brands?
t’s simple: No Distributor Tax. Legacy manufacturers sell through middlemen who add 30-40% markups to cover their commissions. We sell factory-direct. You get the same industrial-grade stainless steel and heavy-duty motors, but you keep the profit that used to go to a salesperson.
Am I locked into buying proprietary replacement parts from you?
Absolutely not. We hate "proprietary jail." We build our systems using standard industrial components (motors, bearings, valves, sensors) that you can source from local suppliers. We give you the specs so you have total control over your maintenance costs.
What materials do you use to prevent corrosion?
We exclusively use heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel for our frames and arches. Unlike cheaper systems that use galvanized steel or aluminum (which eventually rot), our equipment is engineered for maximum structural integrity and resale value.
What are your current lead times?
While the industry standard is 6–12 months, we stock heavy inventory to keep projects moving. We can typically stage and ship complete express tunnel packages in weeks, not months—helping you open sooner and start generating revenue faster.
Do you handle site design and installation?
Yes. We are partners, not just parts sellers. Our engineering team provides custom CAD site layouts to maximize flow, detailed mechanical drawings for your contractors, and on-site installation support to ensure the system is tuned perfectly.
What happens if my wash goes down on a weekend?
You get direct access to our US-based technical team—not a call center script. We can often troubleshoot issues remotely via our control systems or guide your team through a fix instantly. We know that downtime equals lost revenue, so we prioritize getting you back up.
Do you offer both Express Tunnels and In-Bay Automatics?
Yes. We offer scalable solutions for every footprint. From compact mini-tunnels (35ft–60ft) for gas stations to high-volume conveyor systems (100ft+) for investors, we configure the hardware to match your throughput goals.
Where is your equipment manufactured?
We use a hybrid engineering model. We source structural stainless steel globally to keep costs down, but we use top-tier U.S. and European components for the critical "moving parts" (motors, pumps, VFDs). Final assembly and quality control happen right here in the USA.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We include a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all parts and tunnel equipment. Because we use industrial-grade components, failures are rare, but if something breaks, we cover it—no fine print, no hassles.
How does your system save on utility costs?
We integrate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on our motors and smart chemical dosing manifolds. This prevents "hard starts" (saving electricity) and ensures you never use more chemical than necessary (saving cash). It’s efficiency by design.
